I had eczema on my fingers and this really helped to clear it up. I also recommended it to a work colleague who had a bad case of eczema on her neck. I told her about Natraderm lotion and I couldn't believe how well it had cleared it up, especially on african-caribbean skin. I'm just about to recommend it to another work colleague.
